Boots Opticians is hiring an Optometrist to provide outstanding clinical care to our patients in Burgess Hill. You’ll use the latest technology to assess eye health, offer expert advice, and play a key role in shaping the clinical experience for the community.

What You'll Do

Lead clinics and deliver outstanding patient care.
Use the latest testing technology to assess eye health and provide expert advice.
Provide enhanced services, from triage support to advanced assessments.
Offer clinical support to colleagues on the shop floor.
Collaborate with external healthcare professionals.
Keep your clinical knowledge up to date and share it with others.
Play a key role in your store’s leadership team, bringing energy and insight.

What We're Looking For

Confident, compassionate, and always focused on doing the right thing for patients.
GOC registered (or expecting to be within 6 months).
NHS performer number (or working towards it).
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
A genuine interest in patient care and team collaboration.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting enhanced services.
A strong understanding of local clinical networks.
