What You'll Do
Own the design and automation of internal workflows to improve efficiency across a distributed organization. You'll coordinate travel, manage expense reporting, and ensure smooth financial tracking across departments.
Lead vendor procurement, contract renewals, and ongoing relationship management, ensuring services align with company needs. Step in to lead initiatives that fall between teams, bringing clarity and structure to evolving priorities.
Plan and execute company-wide gatherings, including offsites, build weeks, and annual conferences, coordinating logistics across time zones and locations. Support onboarding, contracts, shipping, and day-to-day operational tasks that keep the company running smoothly.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing events from planning through execution
- Experience working with external partners, vendors, or stakeholders
- Strong ability to break down complex challenges into manageable systems
- Comfort operating in fast-changing environments with evolving priorities
- Background in operations, finance, or event coordination
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Represent the company professionally with employees, candidates, and third parties
