What You'll Do
Operate and supervise production machinery, ensuring all systems function efficiently throughout the manufacturing cycle. Monitor equipment behavior and make real-time control adjustments during startup and shutdown phases to maintain steady performance.
Inspect mechanical operations closely to identify irregularities and respond quickly to malfunctions. Implement corrective changes to keep output aligned with quality standards and remove any items that do not meet required specifications for further review.
Carry out scheduled and preventive maintenance tasks, including disassembling equipment, replacing or repairing components, and reassembling units after service. Clean and lubricate critical parts such as shafts, bearings, and gears using appropriate tools and solutions to extend machine life.
Perform equipment installations and changeovers in line with production needs. Work with team members to move or service heavy components and ensure seamless communication of operational details across shifts.

- Proven ability to run, inspect, and troubleshoot production machinery
- Experience adjusting machine controls to maintain operational stability
- Strong observational skills to detect performance deviations
- Capability to make precise adjustments ensuring product conformity
- Experience removing defective units for analysis and follow-up
- Background in routine and preventive equipment maintenance
- Skill in dismantling, repairing, and reassembling mechanical systems
- Ability to report maintenance issues to supervisory staff clearly
- Commitment to keeping workspaces orderly and contamination-free
- Proficiency in cleaning and lubricating machine components using solvents, air tools, vacuums, and other equipment
- Experience with equipment setup and changeover procedures
- Ability to modify or replace parts according to technical requirements
- Team collaboration experience in equipment repair and relocation
- Clear and accurate communication across shift handovers
Work Location
This position is based in Fourzol, Beqaa. Candidates must be able to work on-site at the production facility.
