EX Squared is hiring an Operations System Engineer (Remote - US)

Jobgether is looking for an Operations System Engineer to manage and optimize our enterprise Microsoft 365 environments in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. You will be responsible for Tier II/III support, implementation of new features, and ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient operations across M365 services.

What You'll Do

• Provide Tier II/III support for M365 applications and related integrations.
• Design, implement, and optimize new functionality using M365 native tools such as Power Platform and Copilot.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance policies are implemented and maintained across the tenant.
• Lead cross-functional technical teams and resolve escalated, complex technical issues.
• Automate operational processes using PowerShell and other automation tools.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on M365 administration and operational standards.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in M365 administration or engineering in large enterprise environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Azure AD.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience leading technical projects and providing mentorship to junior team members.
• Ability to work onsite at client or corporate locations as needed, with occasional business travel.

Nice to Have

• Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred (e.g., MS-101, MS-500, Enterprise Administrator Expert).
