Jobgether is looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our team. This strategic role focuses on shaping technology initiatives for Institutional Client Services, providing enterprise-level architecture guidance and driving high-impact solutions. You will translate business objectives into actionable architectures while ensuring compliance with regulatory, risk, and data privacy requirements.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies, roadmaps, and high-level design frameworks.
- Translate business goals into actionable solution architectures across cloud, microservices, and core banking systems.
- Ensure solutions comply with financial regulations, risk frameworks, and data privacy standards.
- Guide cross-functional teams through architecture governance, solution delivery, and integration efforts.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to design and implement scalable, cost-effective solutions.
- Advise and mentor teams on architecture best practices and technology decisions.
- Support innovation initiatives and continuous improvement in financial services technology.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in cloud architecture, including 3+ years in Azure hybrid environments.
- Strong knowledge of institutional banking products such as capital markets, investment management, structured finance, and M&A.
- Proven expertise with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions.
