We're recruiting an Operations Specialist to complement our expanding workforce. This position targets driven, industrious, and rapid-learning professionals comfortable navigating diverse assignments and dynamically adjusting to shifting priorities. A critical component involves supporting clients through structured processes, managing confidential information, and executing both administrative and operational responsibilities. The role demands an individual capable of transitioning smoothly between systematic, recurring tasks and urgent requirements, simultaneously managing multiple priorities across different projects and client accounts. This represents a full-time remote opportunity with substantial advancement potential for exceptional performers. Candidates must maintain availability during Eastern Time business hours (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday). Key Responsibilities: - Input, modify, and maintain data across platforms with exceptional precision. - Aggregate, structure, and process information into coherent, organized reports. - Validate data for accuracy, comprehensiveness, and uniformity prior to submission. - Implement and sustain standard operating procedures, checklists, and established workflows to ensure consistent operational excellence. - Deliver administrative and operational support across recurring and spontaneous tasks. - Facilitate documentation and filing requirements, encompassing business, administrative, and governmental submissions. Requirements: - Advanced proficiency in Slack, Google Suite, Hubspot, Zapier/Make, and Excel/Spreadsheets (including pivot tables, sophisticated formulas, and logical functions). - Personal computer ownership with robust technological competence. - Minimum 3 years experience in data entry or related operational domains. - Collaborative team player thriving in dynamic, expanding environments. - Robust analytical and independent problem-solving capabilities. - Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive approach with superior written and verbal communication abilities. - Complementary experience with Registry Complete considered advantageous.
