We're seeking an enthusiastic Search Engine Optimization External Visibility Specialist to elevate our digital presence, credibility, and search performance through intelligent backlink procurement. In this position, you will collaborate intimately with the SEO Leadership and content team to secure premium, contextually relevant, and secure backlinks that improve rankings, web traffic, and brand recognition. You will evaluate digital platforms, execute outreach initiatives, and maintain a robust and varied backlink ecosystem for our priority initiatives. Key Responsibilities Research and identify backlink candidates based on relevance, organic visitor volume, domain authority metrics, and potential spam risks. Develop, orchestrate, and refine outreach campaigns to capture high-caliber backlinks. Coordinate placements, track expenditures, and maintain a systematic link-building repository (origin, destination URL, link text, link classification, pricing, progression). Partner with the content team to brief and evaluate outreach compositions, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and brand standards. Supervise backlink profile wellness, including toxic connection identification, link attrition, and anchor text distribution; recommend disavowal or elimination strategies when necessary. Examine competitor backlink landscapes and methodologies to uncover novel link-acquisition opportunities. Generate monthly documentation detailing acquired connections, expenses, campaign performance, and organic ranking/traffic implications. Requirements 1–3+ years of hands-on external SEO / link-acquisition expertise (agency or internal environments). Comprehensive understanding of ethical link-building, anchor text methodologies, link quality evaluation, and link risk governance. Practical proficiency with SEO technological platforms like Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, or equivalent tools. Competence in Google Sheets / Excel for managing extensive link databases and generating reports. Superior written communication capabilities for outreach and negotiation (Upper-Intermediate+ English). Robust analytical perspective, meticulous attention to detail, and capacity to implement structured workflows.
