Who You Are You are a no-code automation specialist with profound expertise in GoHighLevel and Zapier or n8n. You excel at designing resilient workflows with comprehensive error management, structured logging, retry mechanisms, idempotent processes, and meticulous documentation. Responsibilities • Spearhead discovery, scoping, development, validation, and monitoring for mission-critical automation across CRM, communication, financial, and analytics platforms. • Construct robust, production-grade workflows incorporating webhooks, queues, retry protocols, structured logging, alerting, and rollback capabilities. • Ensure data integrity, implement permission controls, manage confidential credentials, and comply with PII/PHI protection standards. • Generate monitoring dashboards, operational guidelines, and version-controlled documentation for seamless continuity. Requirements Must-have qualifications • Proven experience designing complex automations in GoHighLevel + Zapier or n8n involving API and webhook integrations. • Comprehensive understanding of logging frameworks, error resolution, retry strategies, idempotency, and monitoring methodologies. • Superior documentation skills — capable of visualizing workflows through screenshots and concise Loom demonstrations. Nice-to-have • Fundamental JavaScript/Python scripting capabilities; familiarity with Stripe or Large Language Model tool integrations. • Previous experience in clinical workflows or regulated data environments. Benefits Compensation & Performance Bonuses Retainer: USD $1,000–$1,500 per month based on project scope and service level agreements.
