Role Overview: We seek a Head of Instagram Strategy to manage and scale the entire Instagram growth engine across our brand content supporting international students' UK job placement. The brand delivers value to international students, channeling them into our flagship product, the UK Job Institute. You will manage the founder's existing Instagram content pipeline, delegating work to our marketing team for daily reel and story postings. Your focus will be exclusively strategic. You'll have complete creative autonomy to refine our voice, experiment with formats, and track campaign performance relative to sales to optimize long-term growth. **This role is open to professionals in Latin America and Eastern Europe** Responsibilities: You will develop and evolve a data-driven Instagram strategy focused on generating leads and sales, not merely views. You'll determine content based on data, with your team executing the plan. Continuously refining the approach to drive more leads involves: 1. Building a weekly content plan: Create a comprehensive plan including 14 Instagram reels and 14 stories. 2. Transforming insights into content: Analyze top-performing reels, hooks, CTAs, visuals, and formats to refine weekly content. 3. Delegating: Provide clear briefs and direction to editors and content creators. 4. Performance analysis: Track daily Instagram Stories and Reels performance, identifying high-conversion content and optimizing accordingly. 5. Converting content to leads: Oversee creation of lead magnets and automation to solve job seekers' challenges. 6. Directly collaborating with CEO to gain strategic business insights.
