Palmetto is hiring an Operations Specialist I to be a critical part of the LightReach Platform, managing underwriting and technical document processing for our financial products. You'll provide direct installer support via chat to ensure smooth transaction intake, placing you at the forefront of our operational success.
What You'll Do
- Constantly monitor and refresh designated queues.
- Review files holistically to approve documents using all available resources, or properly disposition and reject files as appropriate.
- Maintain communication with Operations Specialist colleagues on other administrative tasks.
- Execute compliance dispositions in the event of a potential violation.
- Review and respond to inbound chat inquiries, when applicable, in 2 minutes or less, executing with high quality and in line with our unique Operations Specialist brand.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a customer, tech, or sales support role.
- Passion for servant leadership, willing to support frontline sales reps and team members to successfully transact on our financial product platform.
- A high level of emotional intelligence, able to navigate stressful situations tactfully and accept feedback gracefully.
- Excellent conversational English writing skills.
- Proficiency in web-browser hotkeys and shortcuts, with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.

- Knowledge of the construction or solar industry.
