Position Summary To facilitate daily operational tasks, manage sales activity coordination, and maintain communication with Operators' team and internal MX/Marketing/SVC departments. This position ensures seamless workflow, precise reporting, and efficient sales process implementation. Additionally, conducting market visits to verify field activity execution Role and Responsibilities - Deliver administrative and operational assistance to the Sales Manager. - Evaluate sales reports, dashboards, and performance evaluations. - Organize meetings, presentations, and client follow-up interactions. - Support preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contractual documents. - Monitor sales objectives and performance indicators, alerting management to potential variances. - Engage with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to enhance sales support. - Conduct field client service activities. - Process customer inquiries and guarantee prompt responses. - Facilitate PP/PR support for Operators.
