Position Summary
To facilitate daily operational tasks, manage sales activity coordination, and maintain communication with Operators' team and internal MX/Marketing/SVC departments. This position ensures seamless workflow, precise reporting, and efficient sales process implementation. Additionally, conducting market visits to verify field activity execution
Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver administrative and operational assistance to the Sales Manager.
- Evaluate sales reports, dashboards, and performance evaluations.
- Organize meetings, presentations, and client follow-up interactions.
- Support preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contractual documents.
- Monitor sales objectives and performance indicators, alerting management to potential variances.
- Engage with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to enhance sales support.
- Conduct field client service activities.
- Process customer inquiries and guarantee prompt responses.
- Facilitate PP/PR support for Operators.
Skills and Qualifications
Requisitions:
- B.A- Communications / Marketing / Business administration (completed in the past 12 months)
- Robust organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Superior written and verbal communication in English.
- Competence in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Capacity to perform under pressure, meet critical deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced interpersonal skills and proactive professional approach.
