Pickwings AG is hiring an Operations Manager to join our transport business. This role operates in a hybrid work mode, combining remote and in-office work. You'll be responsible for daily operations and customer support in a fast-paced startup environment where we believe cumbersome processes belong to the past.
What You'll Do
- Handle daily customer support inquiries from customers and transporters, building dialogue verbally and in writing.
- Manage daily operations with a focus on quality, prioritizing orders and acting early to prevent problems.
- Act as a 'Wingman' for sales staff, creating sales opportunities and linking customer and sales.
- Take on various challenging tasks across the startup as an all-rounder, showing initiative and a willingness to learn.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in logistics or transport.
- Strong assertiveness and communication skills.
- Technical understanding and IT competencies.
- Fluent German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- IT affinity.
