Pearl Talent is hiring an Operations Manager (REMOTE - AP005) to serve as the operational backbone of the organization. This role oversees and optimizes core business operations to ensure efficiency, scalability, and execution excellence, combining strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day operational execution across teams and workflows.
- Translate business objectives into clear operational plans and identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Design, document, and optimize operational processes and SOPs.
- Implement automation to reduce manual work and errors and improve cross-functional workflows.
- Maintain operational documentation for scale.
- Track operational KPIs and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports.
- Analyze trends to support data-driven decision-making and communicate insights to leadership.
- Oversee capacity planning, scheduling, and workload distribution.
- Support onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Ensure accountability and operational consistency in remote environments.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and operational projects.
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Escalate risks and blockers proactively and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or operational leadership roles.
- Strong ability to build and improve operational processes.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions.
- Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling operations in fast-paced or startup environments.
- Exposure to automation, systems integration, or process design.
- Background managing distributed or contractor teams.
- Experience supporting leadership or executive initiatives.
