The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation seeks an Operations Manager to serve as the operational leader for 6 clinic locations in the LA County and San Fernando Valley area. In this role, you will be responsible for all day-to-day operations to ensure safe, exceptional patient care, manage staff, implement business strategies, and drive clinics to meet operational, quality, and financial metrics.
What You'll Do
- Live and exemplify TOI core values, providing outstanding customer service and promoting a positive experience for patients and staff.
- Partner in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff members.
- Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals.
- Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed.
- Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity.
- Act as a liaison between patients, their families, and additional care staff.
- Plan and manage the clinic's budget and approve payroll.
- Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws.
- Supervise all clinicians and non-clinician teammates at assigned locations and ensure they properly complete their daily responsibilities.
- Be responsible for annual performance evaluations on all direct reports and reviewing evaluations for indirect reports.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- 3+ years of proven success in leadership roles.
- 3+ years in an operations manager role.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of a second language is an asset.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $68,640—$88,718 USD.
Work Mode
This is an onsite role based in the LA County/San Fernando Valley area.
