Remote100K is looking for an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our growing job board. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, systems, and continuous improvement within a small, remote team.

What You'll Do

Manage daily operations across the job board, including job postings, approvals, site updates, and support workflows.
Improve, document, and optimize internal processes to reduce manual work and errors.
Oversee employer onboarding, job submission flows, and billing coordination.
Monitor platform performance and identify operational bottlenecks early.
Coordinate with contractors or freelancers (content, SEO, dev, support) as needed.
Track key operational metrics and share insights to support decision-making.
Help implement tools and automations to scale operations efficiently.

What We're Looking For

3+ years experience in operations, business operations, or platform management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Comfortable learning and using new tools.
Clear communicator with a practical, problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have

Experience working with digital products, marketplaces, or job boards.
Experience at an early-stage startup or bootstrapped business.
Familiarity with remote hiring or recruitment platforms.
Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, or growth operations.
