CareAcross is hiring an Operations Lead to provide hands-on support to the management team and lead our operational efforts. You will shape our operational culture, strategy, and procedures to optimize effectiveness and efficiency, directly improving services for patients and the industry.
What You'll Do
- Manage content, including content updates.
- Oversee platforms, including new service design and deployment.
- Conduct metrics and reporting, such as service performance reviews and improvement plans.
- Perform data analytics to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Lead project management and process improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of work experience.
- Strong time and project planning skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and high comfort level with data.
- Excellent command of online/offline productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Docs, Office suite).
- Excellent professional communications skills in English.
- Familiarity with web-based technologies.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to ISO standards and procedures in general.
- Familiarity with Software as Medical Devices (SaMD) and the EU/UK Medical Device Regulation (ISO 13485).
- An interest in the digital health and/or cancer domains.
