What You'll Do

Develop and maintain stable CI/CD pipelines for various architectures with a focus on performance, testing, and deployment quality.
Create modular, reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts, integrating them into processes with security and scalability in mind.
Build holistic monitoring and alerting systems, detect incidents early, and solve problems through structured log and metric analysis.
Implement relevant security standards, conduct risk analyses, and help shape internal audits.
Automate workflows using Shell, PowerShell, or Python scripts with clean documentation and continuous optimization.
Manage development, staging, and production environments and perform targeted troubleshooting for configuration issues.
Analyze system environments to identify bottlenecks early and sustainably optimize operational and infrastructure costs.
Plan, monitor, and regularly test backup strategies to ensure data integrity.
Develop a deep product understanding, communicate technical contexts clearly, and proactively identify improvement potential.

What We're Looking For

Solid expertise in using Bicep and Azure Pipelines.
Experience in designing holistic monitoring solutions.
Solid knowledge of common security and compliance standards.
Ability to write structured, maintainable scripts and automate productive workflows.
Ability to analyze complex IT landscapes, fix configuration problems, and recognize optimization potential.
Ability to manage infrastructure costs, develop efficient strategies, and set up reliable backup and recovery concepts.
Active participation in agile processes, quick grasp of technical and functional contexts, and consideration of user perspectives.
Very good German and English language skills in word and writing.
