Hunt St is hiring an Operations & E-Commerce Assistant to support our daily operations and contribute to our brand's growth. This role combines virtual assistance, customer support, Shopify administration, bookkeeping support, and inventory & logistics coordination.
What You'll Do
- Provide daily administrative support, managing emails, documents, and task coordination.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and general office organization.
- Support internal teams in keeping workflows smooth and efficient.
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and social channels.
- Resolve order issues, shipping questions, and returns requiring additional attention.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication.
- Upload and manage products, pricing, images, and variants on Shopify.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and product collections.
- Assist in updating product information for a seamless shopping experience.
- Assist with reconciliations, invoicing, and other bookkeeping tasks.
- Support month-end financial reporting and liaise with accountants.
- Track stock levels, forecast restocks, and plan inventory for multiple fulfilment locations.
- Coordinate with factories and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory movement and assist in supply planning.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations or a related field.
- Proficiency with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with Xero or other bookkeeping software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fashion, swimwear, or consumer goods brands.
- Knowledge of inventory forecasting, supply chain, or logistics management.
- Basic understanding of online marketing or e-commerce analytics.

Benefits & Compensation
- Monthly compensation: $1,500 AUD - $2,000 AUD
