Proof of Work The Team The Operations & Trade Support Associate is crucial in maintaining broker-dealer operational efficiency by supporting trade execution, procedural workflows, settlements, reconciliations, and regulatory adherence. This role manages trade support activities, risk monitoring, and collaborates extensively with Clearing, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Experience departments.
