Pulse Labs AI, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Analyst based in South Korea for a 100% remote contract position. In this role, you will provide high-touch support to business participants in research studies, ensure smooth operations throughout the project lifecycle, and contribute to process efficiency using a test-and-learn mindset.
What You'll Do
- Provide white-glove email and video call support to business owners and leaders to assist them through the research study participation process.
- Create documentation to help businesses understand participation requirements and prepare to be a part of the study.
- Support businesses throughout the project lifecycle, including outreach to help people who are struggling with instructions.
- Work with the Operations and Panel Marketing teams to plan business engagement activities and schedule calls.
- Support the team with execution and tracking for projects.

- Must be a self-starter who identifies needs and finds solutions.
- Must be able to work cross-functionally to understand study requirements and technical processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience in operations, customer support, or project coordination.
- Familiarity with research studies or data collection processes.
- Ability to simplify complex operational processes.
- Experience with recommending or implementing automation solutions.
- Strong communication skills in English and Korean.
