Role Overview
This is a contract-based, 100% remote position for an Operations Analyst, open exclusively to candidates residing in South Korea. You will serve as a key support contact for businesses involved in research initiatives, guiding them from onboarding through completion. Your role ensures smooth participation by delivering responsive communication, clear resources, and consistent follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized email and video call support to business leaders navigating study requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation that clarifies participation steps and expectations.
- Assist organizations at every stage of the project lifecycle, proactively reaching out when challenges arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate engagement activities and schedule participant interactions.
- Support project execution and maintain accurate tracking to ensure operational efficiency.
