Telepass is looking for an Operational Key Account Intern to join our Toll Service Management department, focusing on the Dutch market. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in toll service operations, supporting the team that ensures seamless service for our customers and partners.
What You'll Do
- Conduct end-to-end monitoring of the toll service, overseeing incident and problem management processes and resolving them with the support of other competent functions.
- Support in managing relationships with toll concessionaires and partners in the Netherlands.
- Support other company functions in resolving administrative and operational issues, complaints, and any customer reports.
- Prepare reports for complete monitoring of the toll service both towards toll concessionaires and for company structures.

- Professional knowledge of the Dutch language in addition to English.

- A degree in engineering or economics is preferred.
