Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring for a Summer 2026 Internship in Operational Excellence & Occupancy Planning. This remote role places you within the Center of Excellence Operations team in JLL Work Dynamics, where you'll learn business intelligence, process optimization, and enterprise risk management frameworks within commercial real estate.
What You'll Do
- Compile and analyze operational data from various service lines, creating dashboard updates and performance tracking reports.
- Support monthly KPI reporting, client satisfaction metrics, data quality assessments, and trend analysis.
- Document current-state processes and workflows, and support process mapping and improvement initiative research.
- Maintain the COE knowledge base and best practices library, and assist with lean methodology implementation tracking.
- Coordinate cross-service line meetings and governance sessions, maintaining project timelines and milestone tracking.
- Support initiative communication and stakeholder updates, and manage COE calendar and administrative tasks.
- Assist with training material development and updates, and support employee engagement survey coordination.
- Help organize town halls and leadership communications, and maintain training completion tracking and reporting.
- Support monthly risk review preparation and documentation, and assist with MSA compliance tracking and reporting.
- Help maintain audit documentation and findings follow-up, and support contract deliverable tracking.
What We're Looking For
- Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with 2-3 years completed, majoring in Business, Finance, Analytics, or Real Estate-related disciplines.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Permanent US work authorization is required.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
- Understanding of process improvement methodologies.
- Exposure to global account operations and transformation leadership.
