Responsibilities
- Create advanced document templates using OpenText Exstream Design Manager and Empower Editor.
- Apply data mapping, scripting, and conditional logic to generate customized, data-driven content.
- Set up and maintain various output formats such as PDF, AFP, HTML, XML, and additional formats.
- Support customer communication across delivery methods including print, email, SMS, and online portals.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to integrate and deploy communication systems effectively.
- Diagnose, resolve, and enhance performance for high-volume customer communications.
