Capgemini is looking for an OpenText Exstream Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering high-quality communication solutions across multiple channels using OpenText Exstream. You will work within a globally renowned group known for its dynamic and inclusive culture.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop complex communication templates using OpenText Exstream Design Manager and Empower Editor.
- Implement data mapping, scripting, and rule-based logic to create personalized and dynamic content.
- Configure and manage output formats including PDF, AFP, HTML, and XML.
- Work on CCM delivery channels such as print, email, SMS, and web portals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of communication solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance for large-scale CCM implementations.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream (v16 or higher).
- Strong knowledge of Design Manager, Empower Editor, data mapping, scripting, and rule-based logic.
- Expertise in output formats: PDF, AFP, HTML, XML.
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Solid understanding of CCM delivery channels (print, email, SMS, web portals).
Nice to Have
- Experience with Exstream Cloud Native (CN) is preferred.
