About the Role
The position involves providing direct technical support at customer sites, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on technical assistance directly at client locations
- Diagnose and resolve issues with computer systems and network devices
- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software
- Respond promptly to service requests and technical faults
- Perform system updates and apply security patches
- Support end users with technical guidance and problem resolution
- Document technical procedures and service interventions
- Ensure compliance with data protection and IT security standards
- Assist in the rollout of new IT infrastructure components
- Troubleshoot connectivity and peripheral device problems
- Maintain accurate records of support activities
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when needed
- Verify system functionality after repairs or installations
- Follow established IT service protocols and workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
- Support deployment of workstations and mobile devices
- Assist in managing IT asset inventories
- Provide feedback on recurring technical issues
- Participate in after-hours support on a rotational basis
- Ensure timely completion of assigned service tickets
