About the Role
The role involves building and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs to guide users through each stage of their journey with the product, using email, in-app messaging, and analytics to improve conversion and retention.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across user onboarding, activation, and retention
- Create targeted email campaigns based on user behavior and product milestones
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver timely in-app messaging
- Use data to segment audiences and personalize communication flows
- Monitor key performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion trends
- Optimize send frequency and timing to balance engagement and user fatigue
- Manage A/B testing for subject lines, content, and CTAs
- Maintain compliance with email deliverability standards and privacy regulations
- Work with analytics to define lifecycle stage definitions and progression triggers
- Document campaign performance and share insights with stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience through automated messaging
- Support re-engagement campaigns for inactive users
- Coordinate with customer support to align messaging with user needs
- Ensure brand consistency across all lifecycle touchpoints
- Stay current with marketing automation trends and platform capabilities
- Assist in the evaluation and onboarding of new marketing tools
- Contribute to roadmap planning for lifecycle feature development
- Track and report on retention and churn metrics
- Use feedback loops to refine messaging and targeting
- Support cross-functional initiatives that impact user engagement
