Onset Technologies is hiring a Business Analyst focused on implementing and supporting PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, with specific expertise in Accounts Receivable and Billing modules. You will analyze business objectives, gather requirements, and support system integration and testing.

What You'll Do

Understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, and perform studies and cost/benefit analysis.
Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing computer systems.
Confer with personnel to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements.
Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
Review computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine feasibility of program requests.
Gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
Map data to and from legacy systems and third-party interface systems.
Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
Create documentation, support training efforts, and complete other project tasks as needed.
Work some off-hours depending on project phase.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree.
8 years of experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
8 years of experience as a business analyst specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
8 years of experience gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts.
8 years of experience performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
8 years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
8 years of experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with a large remote team.

4 years of experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government).
2 years of experience as a business analyst in Asset Management.
2 years of experience as a business analyst in Accounts Payable.
2 years of experience as a business analyst in General Ledger.
2 years of experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system.
2 years of experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
2 years of experience with SharePoint.
1 year of experience with Jira.
1 year of experience working with the Scrum framework.
1 year of experience with STAT.
CBAP or PMI-PBA certification.
PeopleSoft FSCM certification.
