Footprints Floors is looking for an Online Support / Customer Care Assistant for a part-time, remote role based in Orlando. You will be the first point of contact for our online customers, providing product information, order support, and ensuring a positive experience.
What You'll Do
- Answer online customer questions promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with detailed product and service information.
- Handle order-related inquiries, from placement to status updates.
- Update customer records accurately in our systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.
- Provide clear, friendly, and effective written communication.
What We're Looking For
- No previous experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong written English skills for clear customer communication.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with standard software.
- A stable, high-speed internet connection for remote work.
- A dependable and punctual work ethic.
