Footprints Floors is hiring a part-time Online Support / Client Service Assistant for remote work in Miami. You will be a first point of contact for our clients, handling their questions and ensuring accurate information is provided. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide complete training for the role.
What You'll Do
- Respond to client questions online in a timely manner.
- Assist with product and order-related inquiries.
- Provide clear and accurate information to clients.
- Update client and order records in our internal systems.
- Escalate complex cases to senior support staff.
