Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. is seeking an Oncology Territory Manager, Lung for the Manhattan S territory. You will represent our oncology portfolio to healthcare professionals, driving product adoption and serving as a key resource on disease states and therapeutic options. This role is central to our mission of improving standards of care through innovative pharmaceutical therapies.
What You'll Do
- Represent assigned oncology products to healthcare professionals in your territory.
- Achieve or exceed sales objectives by promoting product features and benefits.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan.
- Apply knowledge of market conditions, trends, regulations, and the market access environment.
- Understand clinical pathways within assigned accounts.
- Analyze customer needs, territory performance, and business trends to optimize results.
- Maintain expert knowledge of relevant disease states, our brands, and competitor products.
- Build relationships with your customer base and key opinion leaders.
- Communicate product information effectively in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate regularly with your District Manager and internal peers.
- Manage administrative responsibilities including budgets, reporting, and maintaining customer databases.
- Utilize sales force automation systems and technology to enhance impact.
- Adhere to all compliance and operational principles.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 4 or more years of sales or marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
- Ability to travel approximately 40% to 60% of the time.
- Valid driver’s license with a driving record meeting company requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Nice to Have
- 4 or more years of oncology therapeutic area experience.
- An additional 1 or more years in diverse roles such as training, marketing, or market access.
- Oncology product launch experience.
- Copromotion experience.
Technical Stack
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Sales force automation system.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to a District Manager and be part of a team dedicated to advancing oncology care.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $139,440.00 - $209,160.00.

This is a field-based role operating in the Manhattan S territory.
