About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and target high-potential oncology practices and health systems
- Conduct in-depth product presentations for oncologists and laboratory directors
- Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in cancer care
- Collaborate with medical science liaisons for scientific discussions
- Track and report on sales activities and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines in all promotional activities
- Respond to clinical and technical inquiries from customers
- Coordinate with marketing to tailor promotional materials
- Attend medical conferences and industry events
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of oncology treatment guidelines
- Advocate for patient access to diagnostic testing
- Work cross-functionally with reimbursement specialists
- Support payer engagement strategies for test adoption
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Drive adoption of novel molecular diagnostic platforms
- Educate providers on clinical utility of genomic testing
- Manage contract negotiations with health systems
- Ensure accurate documentation in CRM systems
- Deliver feedback from clinicians to product development teams
