About the Role
The role involves developing and maintaining automated solutions while delivering hands-on support for IT systems and end users across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation scripts to improve system efficiency
- Support internal users with technical issues and troubleshooting
- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure and tools
- Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities
- Document processes and technical workflows
- Respond to service tickets in a timely manner
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Manage access permissions and security protocols
- Update and maintain software across platforms
- Monitor system performance and resolve anomalies
- Deploy and configure hardware and software
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies
- Work with vendors for technical support and integration
- Test new automation tools before rollout
- Provide training for non-technical staff
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Track and report on support metrics
- Maintain version control for scripts
- Support cloud-based services and integrations
- Improve response times through proactive monitoring
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning
- Optimize existing workflows using automation
- Ensure data integrity across systems
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Follow change management procedures
Nice to Have
- Certifications in IT automation or support
