Responsibilities
- Vetting technical standards for "Public Service" grade lifts/escalators designed for 20+ hours of daily continuous operation.
- Overseeing the physical installation of trusses, drive units, and guide rail alignments to ensure precise mechanical tolerances.
- Ensuring all units meet global standards (EN 115 / EN 81) and local fire life safety norms (auto-homing/emergency stops).
- Coordinating power requirements with E&M and integrating units with the SCADA/Station Management System for remote monitoring.
- Directing full-load tests and leading the technical demonstrations required for CMRS safety certification.
- Developing long-term maintenance strategies and implementing energy-saving technologies like VVVF drives.

- Graduate in relevant Engineering
- Required total 20+ years of experience
- 15+ years of experience in relevant projects
