Responsibilities
- Oversee the employee onboarding process with an emphasis on regulatory compliance and accurate documentation, including validating and preparing employment-related materials.
- Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle from start to finish, fulfilling all operational requirements and resolving employee inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with teams handling mobility, benefits, employee lifecycle, and payroll to ensure a cohesive experience for clients and new hires.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve onboarding procedures, adapting to changing needs and evolving business demands.
- Maintain and safeguard employee data with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to data protection standards.
- Support compliance efforts by participating in audits, reporting activities, and data integrity initiatives to maintain high operational standards.
- Promote and advocate for automation solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability within the onboarding workflow.
