Support restaurant success through seamless technology adoption
As an Onboarding Consultant I, Emerging Markets - Spanish Speaking, you'll play a key role in helping restaurant teams transition to a modern point-of-sale system. Working directly with owners and staff, you'll lead remote onboarding, training, and Go-Live support, ensuring each location launches successfully and confidently.
What You'll Do
- Partner with restaurant operators to design and execute onboarding plans that align with business goals, timelines, and technical requirements
- Conduct remote assessments to evaluate network readiness and coordinate setup needs with internal teams
- Deliver structured training sessions tailored to each restaurant’s workflow, empowering teams to use the system effectively from day one
- Monitor implementation quality, document configurations, and identify any deviations from recommended practices
- Support multiple concurrent onboarding projects, including large-scale rollouts across numerous locations
- Provide post-live assistance to troubleshoot issues, reinforce training, and ensure a stable start
- Share insights to help restaurants optimize labor and food costs, table turnover, and guest interactions through better system use
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, spoken and written
- At least three years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, such as in a general manager or supervisory role
- Proven ability to manage customer-facing projects independently and meet performance targets
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide diverse teams
- Comfort navigating change and balancing multiple priorities in fast-moving environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with POS systems, particularly in food service or retail settings
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Background in tech or SaaS implementation roles
- Experience designing or delivering training programs

Compensation & Benefits
