Toast is looking for an Onboarding Consultant I, Emerging Markets - Spanish Speaking. You will serve as the primary relationship manager for Spanish-speaking restaurant customers from purchase through onboarding, working autonomously under an Onboarding Manager to achieve activation goals. You will deliver high-quality customer interactions while building out servicing capacity for Toast's Emerging Markets team.
What You'll Do
- Leverage Toast product knowledge and project management skills to partner with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase, building onboarding plans for a high-quality implementation within timeline and budget.
- Create best practices for managing daily restaurant operations by enabling owners and staff to utilize Toast for labor and food costs, table turn time, and guest relationships.
- Conduct remote site assessments to determine client networking needs prior to installation and communicate those needs to project resources.
- Perform onboarding remotely while documenting the installation of the Toast POS system, observing best practices, and documenting any deviations.
- Create and lead an onboarding training plan for the entire restaurant staff on how to leverage Toast configured to their business and workflow.
- Manage several onboarding engagements simultaneously, including large books of onboarding business (80+ restaurants) in your region.
- Ensure a smooth transition and provide remote Go-Live support during the customer's first several days of usage, including post-live guidance, troubleshooting, or follow-up training.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual/Fluent in Spanish & English required.
- Experience in the Restaurant or Hospitality Industry.
- 3+ years of experience in a role responsible for customer satisfaction and business operations (e.g., Restaurant GM).
- Success operating independently and navigating competing priorities in a constantly changing environment.
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
Nice to Have
- 1+ years of experience using a POS (Point of Sale) software, ideally in the service industry.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience working in the tech industry or for a SAAS company.
- Training, teaching, or development experience.

- Compensation: $65,000—$65,000 USD
