Responsibilities
- Use product expertise and project management abilities to support restaurant owners during the onboarding process before launch.
- Develop effective methods for daily restaurant operations by training owners and staff on system features, including custom menus, modifications, and guest relationship tools.
- Consult with clients to assess configuration requirements before launch and relay special requests to project teams.
- Follow established implementation standards and record any departures from these standards identified during project design.
- Help clients use the configured system to improve operational efficiency, enhancing experiences for both guests and employees.
- Handle multiple onboarding projects concurrently.
