ON24 is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement engaging learning experiences that drive performance and knowledge retention. Your primary mission is to help our customers make a smooth conversion to ON24 products by providing written and self-paced learning content.

What You'll Do

Analyze learning needs and performance gaps to design targeted instructional solutions.
Develop engaging and interactive learning content using authoring tools like Camtasia, Skilljar, and Zendesk.
Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Continuously improve learning experiences based on learner feedback and data analysis.

What We're Looking For

Proficient with Microsoft Windows workstations, especially Microsoft O365 (Excel, Word, PPT, and Outlook).
Proficient with Camtasia or similar video editing and screen capture products.
Working knowledge of content management systems.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
The ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

Experience with video editing, graphic design, or animation tools.
Background in corporate training, technical education, or compliance training.
