HEY HOLY GmbH seeks an Office Manager (m/w/d) to oversee daily operations within our international FinTech setting. This role is central to maintaining our modern Düsseldorf office, ensuring smooth administrative workflows and supporting our collaborative, flat-hierarchy team.
What You'll Do
- Organize and manage day-to-day office life
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage office supplies and coordinate external service providers
- Support internal projects and events
- Maintain filing structures and databases
- Handle general administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
- Experience in office management or an assistant role
- Independent work style and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Good German and English language skills
