haebmau AG is looking for a Junior Learning & Development Manager (m/w/d) to join our People & Culture team. You will be instrumental in expanding and optimizing employee development at our lifestyle communications agency, identifying development needs and implementing targeted training to strengthen competencies.
What You'll Do
- Identify development needs and strengthen employee competencies through targeted training measures.
- Design projects in the areas of Learning & Development.
- Support the organization and implementation of annual employee reviews including the feedback process.
- Accompany the implementation of AI-based training programs.
- Manage and accompany initiatives for culture and organizational development, such as employee surveys.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of measures for employee satisfaction and retention.
- Be a point of contact for all People & Culture questions from colleagues at the Munich location.
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree, e.g., in Psychology, Business Psychology, or Business Administration.
- First professional experience in the area of People & Culture and personnel development.
- Excellent German and good English language skills, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- Professional experience ideally in an agency environment.
- Enthusiasm for innovative, modern concepts & trends, such as agile working, New Work, and AI.
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner with a pronounced hands-on mentality and team spirit.
- Confident and professional demeanor with assertiveness.
