About the Role

haebmau AG is looking for a Junior Learning & Development Manager (m/w/d) to join our People & Culture team. You will be instrumental in expanding and optimizing employee development at our lifestyle communications agency, identifying development needs and implementing targeted training to strengthen competencies.

What You'll Do

  • Identify development needs and strengthen employee competencies through targeted training measures.
  • Design projects in the areas of Learning & Development.
  • Support the organization and implementation of annual employee reviews including the feedback process.
  • Accompany the implementation of AI-based training programs.
  • Manage and accompany initiatives for culture and organizational development, such as employee surveys.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of measures for employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Be a point of contact for all People & Culture questions from colleagues at the Munich location.

What We're Looking For

  • Completed degree, e.g., in Psychology, Business Psychology, or Business Administration.
  • First professional experience in the area of People & Culture and personnel development.
  • Excellent German and good English language skills, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have

  • Professional experience ideally in an agency environment.
  • Enthusiasm for innovative, modern concepts & trends, such as agile working, New Work, and AI.
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner with a pronounced hands-on mentality and team spirit.
  • Confident and professional demeanor with assertiveness.

Work Mode
