About the Role

xorlab AG is hiring a Senior Field Marketer (m/w/d) to lead the execution of go-to-market strategies for our email security product in the cybersecurity space. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership to create campaigns that drive impact, focusing on demand generation, marketing automation, and data-driven optimization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end execution of demand generation projects across channels like SEO, GEO, SEA, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other social platforms.
  • Proactively plan, launch, and optimize campaigns based on marketing goals and KPIs, focusing on marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Analyze campaign performance and ROI, identify insights from benchmarks, and continuously test and optimize to improve results.
  • Manage physical and virtual events and support focused, high-impact channel marketing initiatives to reach targeted audiences.
  • Stay up to date with product developments, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to plan content and identify gaps that support demand generation efforts.
  • Deliver regular reports with actionable ROI insights and lead team briefings to drive campaign follow-ups and improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing at a fast-paced, tech-driven startup or scale-up.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
  • Experiment-driven and pragmatic approach, with a love for testing targeting, placements, messaging, and creative formats.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing integrated demand generation campaigns, cross-functional marketing activities, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality work across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs, B2B digital marketing tools (SEA, display ads, retargeting, paid social, etc.), and marketing automation platforms.

Nice to Have

  • HubSpot Marketing Hub experience.
  • Cybersecurity industry experience.

Team & Environment

You will join a Zurich-based marketing team of 11-50 employees and report to the Head of Marketing.
