Shape a workplace that reflects how we work — this role is about more than logistics. You’ll ensure the office runs smoothly every day, from supplies and IT inventory to deliveries and space management. Your work keeps the team focused, comfortable, and connected.
What You’ll Do
- Manage office operations end-to-end: maintain equipment, coordinate vendors, and ensure the workspace supports productivity and culture
- Design a welcoming, on-brand environment that reflects the company’s values and attention to detail
- Track spending, forecast needs, and manage procurement with accuracy and efficiency
- Organize internal gatherings, onboarding setups, and offsite logistics that strengthen team cohesion
- Plan premium client events, including private dinners and exclusive meetups, ensuring a polished experience
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, making sure every transition is seamless
Who You Are
- You care deeply about quality — how a room feels, how a guest is treated, how systems run
- You have at least three years of experience managing office operations for a mid-sized team, preferably in tech or startups
- You’re fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English with international colleagues
- You take initiative — you spot issues before they arise and solve them quietly and effectively
- You’re meticulous: your processes are clear, your records are accurate, and nothing slips through
- You bring a hospitality mindset, whether supporting employees or hosting clients
- You’re genuinely interested in personal finance and excited by the mission of helping people manage their money better
Why This Matters
You’ll have full ownership of the office function as it grows. This isn’t just maintenance — it’s about building a culture of excellence from the ground up. You’ll work closely with leadership, influence workplace design, and help define how the team experiences its environment every day.
Compensation ranges from €40,000 to €48,000 with equity included. The role is hybrid, with team members across France and Europe, and in-person gatherings in Paris six times a year.
