What You'll Do
Oversee daily office functions to ensure smooth, reliable operations across space, supplies, IT inventory, and vendor coordination. You’ll maintain a workspace that reflects strong brand alignment—thoughtfully designed, fully stocked, and consistently welcoming.
Manage spending, procurement, and vendor contracts with precision, tracking budgets and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. You’ll plan and execute internal team events, onboarding setups, and offsites, ensuring every detail supports a connected, engaged workplace.
Lead the coordination of exclusive client gatherings, including private dinners and premium events, delivering polished experiences that reflect the company’s standards. Support the full employee journey by preparing onboarding materials and managing offboarding logistics in collaboration with HR.
Requirements
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and precision in all aspects of office management
- Minimum of 3 years managing office operations for organizations of 50+ people, preferably in tech or startup environments
- Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting needs, and negotiating vendor agreements
- Highly proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues early
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation and process rigor
- Service-oriented mindset, with genuine care for employee and client experience
- Fluent in French for daily coordination with local vendors and building management
- Working proficiency in English for internal and international communication
- Authentic interest in the company’s mission and product
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in luxury hospitality, high-end events, or premium service environments
- Experience organizing client-facing events such as receptions or private dinners
- Interest in interior design and workplace aesthetics
- Familiarity with tech or startup culture and pace
- Prior experience managing office relocations or fit-outs
