About the Role

This role provides essential administrative and sales support to the KSA-based team, ensuring efficient office operations and a polished, professional presence. You will manage day-to-day back-office functions, respond to incoming inquiries via phone and email, and maintain high standards of service across all interactions.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee office operations including supply procurement, equipment maintenance, and coordination of shipping activities using FedEx software.
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT-related office issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Support travel logistics for team members, including hotel and transportation arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and leave using Excel, and share updates with the Administration Manager.
  • Assist Dealers and Market Managers with CRM tasks, project tracking, and company portal management.
  • Facilitate government documentation processes such as PRO/GRO requests by navigating official portals and coordinating with local partners.
  • Ensure the showroom and workspaces remain organized, clean, and professionally presented at all times.

Requirements

  • Strong educational background with excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, email systems, and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Professional demeanor, smart appearance, and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
  • Financial awareness and comfort managing office budgets and purchasing.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a mature approach to workplace challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in spoken and written Arabic.
