  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations

  • Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs
  • Oversee mail distribution and courier services
  • Assist with organizing company events and meetings
  • Ensure compliance with internal administrative policies
  • Provide front desk coverage during business hours
  • Track office expenses and assist with budget documentation
  • Manage visitor sign-in and security protocols
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Support HR with personnel file maintenance
  • Assist finance team with invoice processing
  • Maintain company asset records
  • Coordinate internal communications and announcements
  • Implement process improvements for administrative workflows
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal departments
