Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans developed by supervising occupational therapists
- Assist children in developing fine and gross motor abilities
- Support sensory integration activities tailored to individual needs
- Document patient progress and session outcomes accurately
- Maintain therapy equipment and prepare treatment areas
- Engage with caregivers to reinforce therapeutic strategies at home
- Follow ethical and safety standards in all clinical settings
- Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions
- Adapt activities based on patient response and developmental goals
- Promote independence in daily living tasks for pediatric clients
