BRF is looking for an Occupational Health Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for studying workplace safety conditions, developing and executing health programs, providing first aid, and managing the nursing sector to protect and promote employee well-being.
What You'll Do
- Study company safety and hazardous conditions to identify needs in safety, hygiene, and work improvement.
- Develop and execute plans and programs for promoting and protecting employee health.
- Execute and evaluate programs for preventing occupational and non-occupational accidents and diseases.
- Provide first aid at the workplace in case of accident or illness.
- Organize and administer the company's nursing sector, forecasting necessary personnel and materials, and training and supervising nursing technicians.
- Record statistical data on accidents and occupational diseases, keeping registers updated.
- Comply with guidelines established in BRF's Sustainability Policy and ensure adherence to the BRF Sustainability Plan through daily activities.

- Higher Education in Nursing with specialization in Occupational Nursing.
