Salud Family Health was looking for a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Salud Family Health is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team-based healthcare system. In this role, you will provide integrated care within our patient-centered medical home model, serving the communities of Sterling, Colorado.

What You'll Do

  • Perform routine clinic operations.
  • Take patient histories and make physical assessments.
  • Adhere to the spirit of the SALUD mission statement.
  • Support patients and families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduated or graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Possess an unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado.
  • Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities.

Nice to Have

  • Ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

  • Compensation: $115,000 to $148,750
