Toppan is seeking a Nurse Abstractor to join our team supporting a faith-based, nonprofit health system. You will play a key role in enhancing patient care by ensuring medical records are accurate and comprehensive.
What You'll Do
- Review scanned medical records
- Identify patient risk factors
- Update new patient information for future visits
- Pull in outside records into the patient chart from CareEverywhere when available
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of applicable experience
- Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
- Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
- Associate Degree
- Strong cardiology background
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for improving patient care
Work Mode
This is a local, on-site position in the Kansas City metro area.
