Role Overview Within the next five years, Imagine aims to serve over 4 million children annually across four countries, targeting three times the standard literacy and numeracy outcomes of African national education systems (achieving 60% fluency by age 10, compared to the current 20%) while maintaining a cost of under $7 per child. The organization seeks a Curriculum & Pedagogy Lead to guide the pedagogical approach and learning architecture for tablet-based programs targeting grades 1-4, with potential expansion. This role will define children's learning trajectory in digital environments, translating cutting-edge foundational numeracy research into engaging, culturally relevant digital learning experiences for first-time readers and technology users. The candidate will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Country Teams, and curriculum experts to ensure intentional, inclusive, and measurable learning moments. The role reports to the Principal Product Manager (Learning).
