Corewell Health is hiring a Casual Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our Regional Hospitalist team. This position provides critical hospital medicine care on an as-needed basis across seven regional hospitals. You will collaborate with a well-established Physician group and other APPs to ensure patient safety and success, sometimes working autonomously.
What You'll Do
- Provide hospital medicine care to patients on busy teams across seven regional hospitals.
- Work autonomously at times, exercising independent clinical judgment.
- Collaborate with a well-established Physician group, additional APPs, and other disciplines to ensure safety and success.
What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree for Nurse Practitioner from a CCNE or NLNAC accredited program (if certified after 2000).
- Master's Degree for Physician Assistant from an accredited program.
- 3 years of current, relevant clinical experience.
- Michigan state license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- BLS Certification.
- For NPs: Evidence of program completion and previous experience functioning in a collaborative role.
- For PAs: NCCPA certification (PA-C).

This is an onsite position. The primary location is Big Rapids Hospital - 605 Oak St - Big Rapids - CH West.
