Improve AI with real legal expertise. We're looking for qualified notarial professionals and trainees based in the EU or UK to enhance the precision and practical grounding of artificial intelligence in legal contexts. This role uses your hands-on experience to evaluate and refine AI-generated content related to notarial acts, compliance, and document certification—without requiring you to perform official notarial duties.
What You’ll Do
- Assess AI-generated responses on topics like document authentication, notarial procedures, and regulatory adherence for legal correctness and clarity
- Revise and improve outputs to reflect accurate notarial logic and jurisdictional nuance
- Develop realistic case scenarios based on your professional background—such as certifying copies, witnessing signatures, or verifying identities
- Generate multiple versions of scenarios from varying viewpoints, including client, notary, or regulatory perspectives
- Spot gaps, logical flaws, or oversimplifications in AI content and suggest meaningful corrections
Who Should Apply
You are a licensed notary, notarial trainee, or legal practitioner with direct experience in notarial or compliance workflows. You understand the difference between textbook rules and real-world application, and you can clearly articulate legal reasoning. You're based in the EU or UK, eligible to work remotely, and available 8–20 hours per week.
- Hold a notarial license, candidacy, or relevant legal qualification with exposure to notarial processes
- Possess several years of practical experience in document verification, compliance, or certification
- Can work independently and deliver structured, critical feedback
- Are available for immediate or near-term assignments
Why Participate
- Work remotely and flexibly around your existing responsibilities
- Apply your legal knowledge to cutting-edge AI development
- Help ensure AI tools used in legal settings are accurate, reliable, and practically sound
- Gain free access to our AI Academy to build new skills
- Receive clear onboarding, defined tasks, and opportunities for ongoing collaboration
