Responsibilities - Address customer inquiries from Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat with efficiency and professionalism. - Diagnose and resolve fundamental technical challenges, proposing appropriate solutions or escalating when required. - Provide precise and comprehensive information about products, services, and organizational policies. - Meticulously record all customer interactions and resolutions within the support management system. - Enlighten customers about product capabilities and share valuable tips to improve their overall experience. - Collaborate seamlessly with team members to enhance service quality and elevate customer satisfaction. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, technological updates, and industry developments to deliver exceptional support. Requirements - Native or near-native proficiency in Norwegian and English, demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. - Prior background in customer service or support roles is advantageous. - Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with a customer-centric approach. - Capacity to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. - Familiarity with support ticketing platforms and customer relationship management tools is beneficial. - Highly meticulous and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. - Demonstrate a proactive mindset with a genuine commitment to customer success.
